Rainbow Six Siege Won't Get a Sequel

Rainbow Six Siege's player base has been growing, and as the game reaches an audience of 27 million, the developer says it has no plans for a sequel. Instead, it plans to continue to support the game for 10 years, with the goal to reach 100 operators.

"We've communicated already a couple of times about how the vision of the game is to bring it to 100 operators," said brand director, Alexandre Remy at the Rainbow Six Invitational 2018.

"Today we have 36 operators. Year 3 will bring eight new operators.
