Sony has launched a browser-based version of PSN and it's live now.
The news was announced on the Japanese PlayStation blog and picked up by users on ResetEra.
The site is live now and isn't restricted to accounts in Japan. You can access it through your browser, smart phone, and tablet, and can search for friends, or send friend requests and messages, just like the app.
