Conan Exiles sold over 1 million copies ahead of today’s release

Conan Exiles is out on all available platforms today.

Funcom has released Conan Exiles on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One after spending 15 months in Early Access.

Conan Exiles is an open-world survival game where players must survive the harsh environment, build a home and a kingdom, and fight other players and monsters. It is both single-player and multiplayer title.

Ahead of its full release, Conan Exiles sold 1 million copies. The figure includes Early Access sales on PC, Game Preview sales on Xbox One, and retail/digital pre-orders.

A major launch update went out across all platforms alongside the game today, introducing new areas to the game world, doubling its original size.

Since early access began, dozens of new features, mechanics, and plenty of other content has been added. Swamp and Volcano biomes arrive today, and the release introduces the up-to-date version of the new Purge gameplay.
