God of War isn’t giving up its hold on the No.1 spot in the UK charts, hitting its fifth week in a row at the top.
God of War is at the top of the UK charts for the fifth week running, creeping up on the longest reigning chart topper published by Sony, The Last of Us on PS3, that managed to stay at No.1 for a six week streak.
Detroit Become Human may have a chance at knocking Kratos from No.1 when it release on May 25, but we’ll have to wait and see how that pans out next week.
This week’s new entry, Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition for Nintendo Switch, debuted at No.3, but there wasn’t a massive amount of movement elsewhere in the charts.
Call of Duty: WW2 is back in the top 10, up from 16, probably helped along by all of the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 buzz, following the reveal last week.
And of course, there’s GTA 5, hanging around at No.9. The title recently topped over 95 million copies sold and is one of the most profitable entertainment products ever.
