There is one undisputed king when it comes to Black Friday, and its name is Amazon. During last year’s Black Friday period, Amazon took a massive 26% share of the total retail industry in the UK. That is a staggering cut, and means that over a quarter of the UK’s Black Friday shopping took place on the online marketplace in 2018.
