Dying Light 2 extended gameplay footage to be shown August 26 – watch it here

Techland will show off Dying Light 2 extended gameplay footage on Monday, August 26 and you can watch it here with us.

You can expect at least 26 minutes of the Dying Light 2 footage shown behind closed doors at E3 2019. Watching it, you will see how your actions and choices affect and change the locations. There will be consequences for these choices, which in the end affect the entire game world.

This includes the various factions which control portions of the city. Choices made can change these areas from a relatively peaceful zone, into a fascist state, or destroy it entirely.

The stream will be available to view through Twitch, Steam, and Facebook August 26 at 11am PT, 2pm ET, 7pm BEST, 8pm CEST. We’ve embedded the Twitch stream below.

We were given the most recent look at Dying Light 2 during E3, so it will be nice to see more of it. It would be really cool if they showed us how  you’ll turn into a zombie if you spend too much time in the dark.

Currently set for a spring 2020 release, it is in development for PC, PS4, and Xbox One but will be cross-gen game.
