Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is down to £35 on PS4 and Xbox One

Prepare to be Oscar Mike to Tesco, Amazon on Games Planet where you can get Call of Duty: Modern Warfare for the lowest price it’s been since release.

The latest entry in the seemingly-eternal shooter series is now just £35 on console from Tesco. It’s up for purchase through their online service, though you’ll probably have to pay an extra fee for delivery that’ll bump the price up by another few quid.

Still, it sounds like the offer is also available in stores. Another classic case of a big supermarket using Call of Duty as a bit of a loss-leader to get you into the shops to buy bread and booze, too.

If you don’t want to get involved with all that faff, you can also find Call of Duty: Modern Warfare at Amazon for £37.99. Probably about the same price you’d be paying to get it delivered from Tesco. This version also comes with a handful of bonus digital goodies, such as a themed in-game emblem, calling card, and weapon charm.

Away from the consoles for a second, you’ll also find the PC version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare for just £31.99 at Games Planet. That’s a historic low for the game that will be available until 9th February. You’ll need to redeem it directly through Battle.net.

Still not super-cheap wherever you look, then, but steadily creeping down should you be tempted to give Infinity Ward’s reboot of the popular spin-off a bash. There’s just enough time for you to get involved with the final weeks of Season One, too, with double XP promised until the start of Season Two.
