The limited edition Nintendo Switch and Mario Kart 8 bundle is back in stock in the US

One of the big items during Black Friday was, of course, the Nintendo Switch. Now, after disappearing during the hectic sales period, the Nintendo Switch with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe bundle is now back in stock at Amazon.

This was the main bundle that was being offered by retailers during the whole holiday period. It’s a pretty strong offer as well, considering that a Nintendo Switch on its own would usually set you back $300. With this, you’re essentially getting a copy of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for free.

Something very important to point out about this bundle, though, is that it’s the older Switch model. Last year, an updated version was released that sported an increased battery life. It’s quite a significant upgrade (from 2.5 – 6.5 hours in the old console and 4.5 – 9 in the new one) so if you think you’ll be playing more on the go then a Nintendo Switch Lite might be a better idea.

The new Nintendo Switch is also available for $299, but that doesn’t include any extras for free.
