Final Fantasy 7 Remake is coming to PlayStation 5 on June 10 as Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade, Square Enix announced during February's State of Play. The PS5 version will add new textures, fog effects, improved lighting, and faster load times. It will be playable in one of two game modes: a performance mode that runs at 60 FPS or a graphics mode that prioritizes 4K resolution. Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade also adds a new photo mode and support for the DualSense controller's haptic feedback. Those who own Final Fantasy 7 Remake for PS4 will be able to upgrade and carry their save data over to the PS5 version for free. It will be released alongside the PS5 upgrade on June 10, though it won't be free — a price for Yuffie's DLC episode has not been announced.
