Life Is Strange Remastered Collection Arrives This September - E3 2021

Life Is Strange: Remastered Collection has a release date, and it's not far off from the release date of True Colors this fall: it's coming on September 30.

We learned this today during Square Enix's E3 2021 presentation, during which we saw a new trailer for the collection showing off some of the updates to the games it contains: Life Is Strange, Life Is Strange 2, and Before the Storm.

Life Is Strange: Remastered Collection was announced back in March at the spring Square Enix Presents showcase for PC, Stadia, Xbox One, and PS4, both as a standalone package and as a part of the Ultimate Edition for Life Is Strange: True Colors. True Colors drops earlier that same month, on September 10.

Today's presentation also gave us another look at Life Is Strange: True Colors, the upcoming new Life Is Strange game from Deck Nine. We also spoke with the developers about the trailer, during which we talked about what empathy means to them and why inheriting a legacy of inclusion from developer Dontnod was freeing to the team.

Square Enix Presents is a part of E3 2021, which is running from June 12 through 15. This year's E3 also includes events from Xbox, Ubisoft, Nintendo, Devolver Digital, and more, all of which can be watched and caught up on through IGN's Summer of Gaming.
