Both will be a bit smaller in scale compared to the mainline GTA titles, after all, Liberty City Stories did release on the PSP, and Chinatown Wars was a Nintendo DS game - and one of the console's few 18 rated games. Those that aren't GTA+ members also have the opportunity to try a one-time, 30-minute-long demo too, before (of course) giving you the option to just buy them.
