Dying Light: Bad Blood, Techland’s take on the battle royale genre, is now available for PC users through Steam Early Access.
Techland has announced Dying Light: Bad Blood can now be purchased through Steam Early Access for those who wish to play early, and provide development feedback.
The battle royale game features PvP and PvE action set within Dying Light’s universe. Players will be dropped into a city swarming with infected where 12 players will battle it out. In the end, there can be only one.
Players will be scavenging for weapons, destroying zombie hives to level up, and using parkour skills to “outrun, outsmart, and outplay opponents.”
Dying Light: Bad Blood will run you $19.99 through Early Access on Steam, and it’s listed as a founder’s pack.
The game is intended to be a free-to-play game on PC and consoles and will transition to this model when the early access phase is concluded.
Purchasing the Founder’s Pack grants access to the game before its final release and comes with exclusive in-game content available only to Founders.
The price also includes in-game currency and the Founder’s Pass. The latter includes Legendary skin drops throughout the course of the three months following early access release.
During this time there will be free content updates appearing regularly in Drops. These will include new items, characters, maps and more.
